During a home remodel, one of the most valuable traits of a contractor is follow through, and Donna came through every time she promised us she would send us something. We never worried whether she would actually send us the pictures or drop off the samples or shop for the furniture or the hundred other things that come up with a remodel project. She relieved a major element of stress from the whole process and made it much more manageable for us. She was also very transparent with her work and came up with some great ideas.
